Shipping and Handling
We will ship most Hunter Douglas products UPS FREE within the continental (48 States) USA. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico for an additional shipping fee. Some oversized products over 109" may require a trucking fee. Please call for shipping quotes.

More than one product
If you have ordered more than one product type, they will probably be shipped from different factories. Each product will ship separately as soon as it is completed.

Delivery time
All products normally ship within 7 to 14 business days, not including holidays and weekends. Occasionally there may be delays due to stock-outs or back-orders. In the event this occurs, we will notify you as soon as the factory informs us.

Pricing, Payment & Policy
Prices are subject to change. Manufacturers' product improvements, availability and changes in specifications may create price changes.

Payment at Time of Order
Since our window treatments are custom made, all orders must be paid when the order is placed.

Texas Sales Tax We are located in Houston, Texas and are required to collect 8 1/4% Texas State sales tax on all orders shipped to Texas addresses. No sales tax for orders shipped out of Texas.

Returns and Exchanges
Since our window treatments are custom crafted to fit only your windows, they are not returnable for any reason except of course, warranty repair.

Warranties & Services -Lifetime Warranty
All of our products are covered by a limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship as long as the product is measured and installed according to the product instructions. In the event that warranty service is needed, please call our Customer Service Department to arrange for immediate repair or replacement.

Translucent Fabrics
If you choose a fabric window treatment, please remember that the colors shown in sample boks or on the web site are not backlit. Backlighting, such as the sun, can highlight fabric textures and patterns and make a fabrics color appear softer. Light blocking materials are not affected by backlight.

Disclaimer
Fabric colors may vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot. We have taken every effort to ensure the colors are depicted accurately; however, the reproduction may vary slightly from the products. If you need an actual color swatch, please use our sample swatch program.

Template Kit $25.00
When ordering an imperfect arch, quarter circle or shade, the manufacturer needs a template with your order. A template is an actual size of the opening that the manufacturer uses to create a shade that will fit properly. Our template kit includes: template paper, instructions, a special marker, a rigid mailing tube, and a return mailing label. Each kit provides one template for a window size up to 94" x 42". To order, specify template kit on your order, or call our Customer Service Department.
